Leaders Building Leaders: (Ministers/Deacons/Prayer Team) New Members and Visitors
Mentorship that cultivates a culture of spiritual maturity, integrity, and servant leadership by equipping ministers, deacons, and prayer warriors to lead with wisdom, intercede with power to those who will impact both the RLC and the community. To create a warm and inviting atmosphere where every Visitor/New Member is embraced, discipled, feels seen, valued, and connected to RLC!
